02 · Pay
When live, a one-time $9.99 application fee will be collected via Stripe Checkout. No account will be required. This step is not yet active in the current prototype.
03 · Download
When live, a JBS-branded Application for Payment PDF will be delivered to your email. JBS Accounts Payable will automatically receive a copy. PDF generation is not yet active in the current prototype.

No. When complete, this tool will generate a JBS-branded Application for Payment document capturing the same business information as the G702/G703 workflow. JBS does not hold a license for official AIA form templates. Any future PDF will be clearly labeled as a JBS Application for Payment, not an AIA document.
When live, the fee will cover secure document generation, storage, and delivery. It also ensures every submission is intentional and complete before JBS Accounts Payable processes it. The fee is not currently charged — this is a UI prototype only.
When live, no account will be required — complete the form, pay the fee, and receive your document by email. Account support may be added in a future update. No data is stored or submitted in the current prototype.
When live, you will receive a download link by email and JBS Accounts Payable will automatically receive a copy. In the current prototype, no data is sent or stored anywhere.
